Vacation house
The house is situated on the left site and has two floors. On the groundlevel you can find the entrance hall, living room with joint kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with each a individual bathroom. Here is also a second toilet available. Furthermore you can use your private terrace, a specious parkinglot and the joined garden.
Access to Wi-Fi is available in the entire house.
Living room
The living room consists of a spacious sitting area with smart TV and a table for 8 people. There is also a writing table with the possibility of internet access. In the closet you can find reading books and board games to spend those rainy days.
Kitchen
The semi-open kitchen located next to the dining room is equipped with a refrigerator (incl. freezer), a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an electric stove. In addition to dishes and cooking equipment, a Senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also provided.
Entrance hall
In the entrance hall, located at the back of the house, you will find the stairs to the upper floor and the toilet. Furthermore, you can find here a washing machine, dryer and cleaning supplies.
Bedrooms
There are a total of three bedrooms, each with a double bed, a closet and a bethroom. Each bathroom has a sink, mirror and walk-in shower. In the hallway there is a second toilet.
Terrace
At the back of the house there is a spacious teracce of 60m² with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. the terrace consists of a paved area and a piece of grass.
Garden
The shared backyard consists of a large field and some trees with the old ash tree in the center. Furthermore, there is alos a terrace here that you can use and you can also enjot the hot tub upon request.
